How to Test Your Swatch 

Tulle behaves differently depending on how it's layered and lit. Follow these steps for the most accurate comparison:

1. Unfold the Swatch: Carefully remove the tulle from the card and unfold it completely. Leaving it pinned or folded will give you an inaccurate read of the color.

2. Isolate a Single Layer: Tulle looks significantly darker and more opaque when it is bunched up or folded over itself. This is why we recommend testing how a single layer looks against your dress.

3. Find Natural Lighting: Avoid warm indoor lighting. Always compare the tulle to your dress in natural daylight. Stand near a large window or step outside. Indoor boutique lighting or yellow bedroom lamps will completely distort the true color of both the dress and the tulle.
