Refund policy


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All eligible items purchased from CALILY BRIDAL may be returned for an exchange, purchase credit, or a refund to the original payment method, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.


How to Initiate a Return

Please email our Customer Care team at support@calilybridal.com with your return request. Our team is available Monday-Friday. If you submit a request on Saturday or Sunday, we will review and respond on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday).


Return Shipping Fees

The cost of safely returning items is the customer’s responsibility, and items remain your responsibility until confirmed as received by our team. Please note that return shipping handling fees start at $15 (varying by location and number of items). This helps cover the careful inspection, repackaging, and handling of each piece. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.


Condition Requirements & Cleaning Fees

Refunds, exchanges, or purchase credits are processed only after the returned item’s condition has been assessed by our quality control team.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in unworn, original, and saleable condition. For veils, this means the item must be entirely free of:

  • - Makeup and self-tanner

  • - Perfume and strong odors (including deodorant)

  • - Dirt

  • - Human or pet hair

 

Important: Veils returned with hair, minor makeup, or dirt are subject to a $20 cleaning fee, which will be deducted automatically from your total refund amount.


Ineligible Returns

If an item does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return and ship the item back to the sender. Returns will not be accepted if items:

  • - Are heavily soiled, damaged, or altered.

  • - Are not returned in their original condition or packaging.

  • - Are returned outside the specified 14-day timeframe.

  • - Are bespoke, customized, or made-to-order pieces.

 

Note: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned unless deemed faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty Items & Repairs

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via our website or support email if you receive a defective or damaged item. If an item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, CALILY BRIDAL will cover the return shipping costs.


Conditions for Repairs

Repairs will not be accepted if items:

  • - Are not returned in their original condition or packaging.

  • - Are returned outside the specified return timeframe.

  • - Are damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or misuse.


Try at Home Service (Try with Mirra)

We offer a "Try at Home" service for select items, allowing you to experience our products before committing to a purchase. This service operates under separate terms from our standard return policy:

  • - Zero Upfront Cost: Order an item without paying upfront. The item will be shipped to you free of charge.

  • - The Trial Period: Once the item is delivered (tracked by our system), you have 4 days to try it on.

  • - Keeping the Item: If you decide to keep the piece, payment will be processed automatically after the 4-day trial period ends.

  • - Returning the Item: If you choose to return it, you must request a return shipping label from support@calilybridal.com and print it yourself.

  • - Restocking Fee: A $24.95 restocking fee applies to all returned Try at Home items.

 

Try at Home items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact and tags attached.
