Order Processing and Delivery
Online orders are processed within 48 hours of placement, Monday to Friday (AEST), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to follow your shipment's progress.

Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate. CALILY BRIDAL cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from errors in the information submitted. As we partner with trusted shipping providers, we are unable to refund or replace orders marked as successfully delivered by our carriers.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Parcel Post Service, which typically delivers within 2-7 business days standard shipping, depending on your location.

For express shipping, we use Australia Parcel Post Service Express, which typically delivers within 1-3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States of America)
We use United States Postal Service, which typically delivers within 6-14 business days standard shipping, depending on your location.

For express shipping, we use UPS, which typically delivers within 3-6 business days.

Delivery times are an estimate only. CALILY BRIDAL will not be liable for unavoidable delays. Whilst we use premium services, transit times are beyond our control. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office based on the value of your order and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For this reason, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order so you’re aware of any potential costs.

It is illegal to falsify customs declarations. Duties and taxes (if applicable) are due upon collection or delivery.
