Customer service was great! They helped me figure out the best time to order my veil to take to my first fitting. It ended up being delivered one day after the earliest estimated delivery date and was packaged up nicely. I appreciate the satin dust bag it came in. The mesh is very smooth, not scratchy like others that I've tried on in some bridal shops. Looking forward to seeing it with my dress!
Calily was phenomenal! Not only did I love the pearl veil weights that I purchased, but they Immediately sent me a free replacement when my package was not delivered! Excellent product and customer service!
